Enjoying your career path is the key to any success and to Grant this has been paramount to his success.
Beginning this path working for a major New Zealand building Supply Company in Palmerston North, Grant progressed to the position of Sales Rep, looking after several major commercial building construction sites as well as residential buildings. From there Grant progressed to Branch Manager and oversaw and developed the new Gisborne/East Coast Greenfield venture. This was extremely successful and Grant was appointed Hawke’s Bay Manager based in Napier. This was a great move. In the latter 1980’s among the large corporate takeovers, including Brierley Investments, the company was acquired and stripped of its many assets and manufacturing arms. Rather than move to Auckland, Grant chose to stay in Napier and began a career in Real Estate, and stayed with his love of selling and marketing, and the bonus was he was still working amongst homes and building development.
Now 23 years later Grant is still enjoying every day of his career. Staying true to his beliefs, Grant is very approachable and believes great service, professionalism and the ability to get the job done has gained him the many friends and clients he has today.
He is an avid follower of Hawke’s Bay sport and is a former judge of “Hawke’s Bay Home of the Year”. He also does a lot of voluntary community work and has been a member of Rotary International for 35 years.
To achieve the very best results possible, Grant works full time as a Real Estate professional and is happy for you to contact him any time. Grant also has the support and backing of Hawke’s Bays largest and most successful Real Estate company, Property Brokers. Property Brokers is a fantastic go ahead company to work for with great resources including a highly experienced IT department with excellent training systems and in-house marketing department. The company is very proactive in Hawkes Bay, supporting many sporting organisations and being the major sponsor for the Hawkes Bay Cancer Society relay for Life.
